Diplomová práce se zabývá oblastí projektového managementu v agilním vývoji produktu dle standardu PMI (Project Management Institute) na základě metodických příruček. V rámci agilního vývoje je zde brán důraz rovněž na metody testování produktu a jejich spojení s agilním prostředím. Na základě sesbíraných poznatků je zde navrhnuta programová aplikace pro podporu managementu rizik v agilním vývoji produktu. The diploma thesis deals with the area of project management in agile product development according to the PMI (Project Management Institute) standard on the basis of methodological manuals. As part of agile development, emphasis is also placed on product testing software methods and their connection with the agile environment. Based on the collected knowledge, a software application is designed to support risk management in agile product development.
