Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem odměňování zaměstnanců ve společnosti ULMA Construcción CZ, s.r.o. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky související s problematikou odměňování. V druhé části je zpracována analýza současného systému odměňování ve společnosti. V poslední části jsou navrženy změny pro zlepšení stávajícího systému odměňování. The bachelor thesis deals with the system of employee remuneration in the company ULMA Construcción CZ, s.r.o. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge about remuneration system. The second part analyzes the current system of remuneration in the company. In the last part, changes are proposed to improve the current remuneration system.
