Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vytvoření projektu, za pomoci metod a nástrojů projektového managementu, jehož cílem je vytvoření plánu pro zavedení nové kolekce značky MODESI na trh. Celá práce je rozdělena na tři základní části, jsou jimi teoretická, analytická a návrhová část. The bachelor thesis is focused on the creation of a project, using project management methods and tools, which aims to create a plan for the introduction of a new MODESI brand collection on the market. The whole thesis is divided into three basic parts, which are theoretical, analytical and design part.
