Předmětem bakalářské práce je zlepšení výkonnosti podniku. Zvoleným podnikem je společnost Elekon, s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. V první části se zabývá teoretickými východisky a popisuje dále použité metody hodnocení. Ve druhé, praktické části, jsou nejdříve uvedeny informace přibližující činnost firmy. Práce zde dále pokrývá výpočty jednotlivých ukazatelů a interpretuje získané hodnoty. Tyto hodnoty jsou vypočítány na základě účetních výkazů z let 2016-2019. V závěrečné třetí části jsou poskytnuty návrhy ke zlepšení finanční situace a efektivnějšímu hospodaření firmy. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is the improvement of the business performance. The chosen company is called Elekon, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part describes the theoretical basis and the evaluation methods, which has been used. In the second, practical part, there is an information about the company's activities. Further in this part, the work covers the calculations of particular indicators and interprets the obtained values. These values are based on financial statements from years 2016-2019. The final third part provides proposals for the improvement of the financial situation and higher efficiency of the company's finance management.
