Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá rozličnými typmi reaktorov a ich palivovou a bezpečnostnou charakteristikou. Práca je doplnená históriou a popisom jadrových elektrární na Slovensku. Spomenuté sú aj experimentálne projekty, ktorých využitie je predpokladané primárne v budúcnosti. Na začiatku sú okrem jadrových elektrární zhrnuté aj základy jadrovej energetiky a štiepnych reakcii. The bachelor´s thesis explains different types of nuclear reactors and their fuel and safety characteristics. The thesis is complemented with history and description of nuclear powerplants in Slovakia. There are mentioned some of the experimental projects, whose usage is expected in the future. In the beginning are described fundamentals of nuclear energetics and nuclear fission chain reactions.
