Táto bakalárska práca opisuje prostredníctvom metódy waterfall postupy projektového manažéra v reálnom projekte od jeho vzniku až po úspešné ukončenie. V úvodných kapitolách sa prezentujú ciele práce, metódy vedenia projektu z manažérskeho hľadiska a postupy spracovania analýz. Následne sa opisujú teoretické východiská a vykonáva sa analýza súčasného stavu projektu. Ďalšie časti práce sú venované návrhom riešenia projektu, v ktorom sa popíše celková realizácia projektu až po jeho odovzdanie. Using waterfall method, this bachelors thesis will describe project manager actions in real project environment, from project’s beginning to successful finish. In the first chapters, we will present goals of our project, methods of project management from managers perspective, as well as actions of analysis execution. Next chapter elaborates on more theoretical procedures, furthermore we will introduce you to current project status analysis. In project solution proposal, we will define implementation and execution of project, resulting in successful delivery.
