Bakalářská práce analyzuje vliv hospodářského cyklu na tvorbu nabídkových cen ve stavebnictví. Teoretická část definuje hospodářský cyklus, nabídku a poptávku, ceny, rozpočet a výběrové řízení pro stavební podniky. Praktická část analyzuje přístup jednotlivých subjektů k tvorbě nabídkových cen pomocí dotazníkového šetření a řízených rozhovorů s jednotlivými konzultanty. V závěru jsou shrnuty zjištěné skutečnosti a jsou provedena doporučení. The bachelor thesis analyzes the influence of the economic cycle on the creation of bid prices in construction. The theoretical part defines the economic cycle, supply and demand, prices, budget and tenders for construction companies. The practical part analyzes the approach of individual subjects to the creation of offer prices by means of a questionnaire survey and guided interviews with individual consultants. Finally, the findings are summarized and recommendations are made.
