Bakalářská práce se zabývá 100% recyklací asfaltové směsi za horka při použití omlazovací přísady (tzv. rejuvenátoru) pro vyvíjený přístroj ve spolupráci s externí firmou. Cílem práce je na základě zjištění vlastností R-materiálu, pomocí zkoušek v laboratoři, určit množství dávkování rejuvenátoru a stanovit teplotu hutnění pro zpracování asfaltové směsi. Podle zjištěných vlastností R-materiálu se určí procentuální množství rejuvenátoru potřebné k dosažení požadovaných vlastností asfaltové směsi pro následné zpracování a pokládku na pozemní komunikaci. This bachelor's thesis deals with 100% pure recycling by method of hot mix asphalt recycling using a rejuvenating additive (so-called rejuvenator) for the device development in cooperation with an external company. The aim of bachelor's thesis is to determine the amount of dosing of the rejuvenator and to determine the compaction temperature for the processing the asphalt mixture. On the basis of determining the properties of the reclaimed asphalt pavement, by means of tests in the laboratory. According to the determined properties of the reclaimed asphalt pavement, the percentage of rejuvenator required to achieve the required properties of the asphalt mixture for subsequent processing and laying on the road.
