Předmětem bakalářské práce je novostavba bytového domu, který se nachází na východ od centra města Zlín, Příluky. Objekt má tři nadzemní podlaží a je částečně podsklepen. Je zastřešen plochou střechou. V podzemním podlaží jsou navrženy sklepní boxy k jednotlivým bytům. V přízemí se nachází technické zázemí objektu. V každém nadzemním podlaží se nacházejí dva byty. Vstup do objektu je ze západní strany odkud přichází přístupový chodník, který budovu spojuje s parkovištěm a komunikací. Parkoviště má šest parkovacích míst plus jedno pro invalidy. Konstrukční systém objektu je stěnový z keramických bloků Porotherm. Vodorovné nosné konstrukce tvoří železobetonová deska. Stavba je založena na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Obvodové stěny jsou kontaktně zatepleny systémem ETICS použitím fasádního polystyrenu tl. 200 mm. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the new construction of an apartment building, which is located east of the city center of Zlín, Příluky. The building has three floors and has partial basement. It is covered with a flat roof. Basement boxes for individual apartments are designed in the basement. On the ground floor there is an utility room of the building. There are two apartments on each floor. The entrance to the building is from the west side, where the access path comes from. It connects the building with the parking lot and the road. The car park has six parking spaces plus one for the disabled. The walls of the building are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The horizontal load-bearing structures are form a reinforced concrete slab. The construction is based on concrete foundation strips. Perimeter walls are insulated with ETICS system using facade polystyrene th. 200 mm.
