Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh Zastupitelského úřadu České republiky v Addis Abeba v Etiopii pro Ministerstvo zahraničních věcí České republiky. Téma ZÚ vychází ze zadání mezinárodní studentské soutěže Inspireli z roku 2019, kde se návrh umístil ve finále mezi TOP 25 projektů z celého světa. ZÚ slouží především k diplomatickému zastoupení České republiky v této zemi. Posláním ZÚ je reprezentace kulturní úrovně státu a tradice české architektury. Bude představovat místo, kde se zahraniční země mohou dozvědět základní informace o historii, kultuře a ekonomice ČR. Při návrhu byly zohledněny místní podmínky a požadavky typologie ZÚ. Chráněný areál ZÚ sestává ze tří provozně oddělených budov, a to z administrativní budovy s konzulárním a vízovým oddělením, bytového domu zaměstnanců ZÚ a rezidence velvyslance. V oddělené části chráněného areálu jsou umístěny sociální byty místních sil, které jsou zaměstnanci ZÚ. Tato část je oddělena komunikačním koridorem, který zároveň tvoří vjezd pro místní síly. Hlavní vjezd do areálu je umístěn z východu a ze severu z veřejné komunikace. Vjezd probíhá přes dvojitou kontrolu u vrátnice. Parkoviště diplomatických návštěv a zaměstnanců je umístěno v severní části areálu nebo v podzemní garáži. Parkování běžných návštěvníků je umístěno vně areálu. Rozlehlý areál poskytuje také prostor pro odpočinek, rekreaci a sport. Pracoviště administrativní budovy jsou orientována k východu a západu. Budova má dvě nadzemní podlaží a suterén s podzemní garáží. Obytné místnosti bytového domu a rezidence velvyslance jsou orientovány k jihu. Budovy mají dvě nadzemní podlaží a suterén s technickým zařízením. Všechny budovy jsou zastřešeny zelenou plochou střechou s extenzivní vegetací. Konstrukční systém budov kombinuje železobetonový monolitický skeletový a stěnový systém. Budovy ZÚ jsou vizuálně sjednoceny, do monobloku tvaru L, předsazenou fasádou z keramických tvárnic, která je navržena v rámci autorského architektonického detailu.
The aim of the bachelor thesis is a proposal of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic. The theme of the Embassy is based on the assignment of the international student competition Inspireli from 2019, where the proposal was placed in the finals among the TOP 25 projects from around the world. The Embassy serves primarily for the diplomatic representation of the Czech Republic in this country. The mission of the Embassy is to represent the cultural level of the state and the traditions of Czech architecture. It will be a place where foreign countries can learn basic information about the history, culture and economy of the Czech Republic. The design took into account the local conditions and typology requirements of the Embassy. The protected area of the Embassy consists of three operationally separate buildings, namely the administrative building with the consular and visa department, the apartment building of the embassy staff and the ambassador's residence. In a separate part of the protected area, there are social flats of local forces, which are employees of the Embassy. This part is separated by a communication corridor, which serves as an entrance for local forces. The main entrance to the complex is located from the east and north from the public road. The entrance takes place through a double check-up at the gatehouse. The parking lot for diplomatic visitors and employees is located in the northern part of the complex or in the underground garage. Parking for regular visitors is located outside the complex. The large complex also provides space for rest, recreation and sports. The offices of the administrative building have east/west- facing orientation. The building has two floors and a basement with an underground garage.
