Diplomové práce se zaměřuje na návrh strategie expanze vybrané společnosti na zahraniční trh. Společnost sídlí v Brně a zaměřuje se na výroby Barefoot obuvi. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na popis jednotlivých nástrojů, metod a analýz, které budou použity v analytické části diplomové práce. V analytické části je provedena analýza vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí společnosti. Návrhová část diplomové práce je zaměřena na doporučení vhodných kroků vstupu na zahraniční trh včetně finančního plánu. The thesis focuses on the proposal of the expansion strategy of the selected company on the foreign market. The company is based in Brno and focuses on the production of Barefoot footwear. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on describing the analysis and addressing the individual issues. The analytical part examines the external and internal environment of the company, including an analysis of the market in question. The third part of the thesis focuses on recommending appropriate proposals for entering the foreign market including a financial plan.
