Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh strategie expanze vybrané společnosti na novozélandský trh. Vybraná společnost má sídlo v Brně a zabývá se výrobou zařízení určených k čištění odpadních vod. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V úvodní části je vymezena problematiky, stanoveny hlavní i dílčí cíle, kterých chceme dosáhnout a popsány použité metody. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy řešené problematiky. Na tuto část navazuje analytická část s analýzou současného stavu společnosti. Poslední část obsahuje vlastní návrhy řešení včetně finančního plánu a harmonogramu. The subject of the thesis is the proposal of the expansion strategy of the selected company in the New Zealand market. The selected company is based in Brno and is engaged in the production of equipment for wastewater treatment. The thesis is divided into four parts. The introductory part defines the problem, sets the main and sub-objectives to be achieved and describes the methods used. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of the problem addressed. This part is followed by an analytical part with an analysis of the current state of society. The last part contains the actual solution proposals, including a financial plan and timetable.
