Diplomová práce se věnuje doplnění portfolia Exchange Traded Fund s fyzickou replikací o farmaceutické globální společnosti obchodované na NYSE dle požadavků managementu fondu. Teoretická část práce popisuje ETF a metody fundamentální analýzy. Analytická část se skládá z výběru společností, jejich analýzy, porovnání a verifikace bankrotním modelem. Poslední část zahrnuje návrh doplnění portfolia ETF. The diploma thesis is devoted to complementarity the Exchange Traded Fund portfolio with physical replication by pharmaceutical companies traded on the New York Stock Exchange according to the requirements of the fund management. The theoretical part describes the Exchange Traded Fund and methods of fundamental analysis. The analytical part consist of the selection of companies, their analysis, comparison and verification by bankruptcy model. The last part includes a proposal to complementarity to the Exchange Traded Fund portfolio.
