Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním návrhu investičního doporučení na doplnění investičního portfolia oborově zaměřeného fondu o akcie společností z farmaceutického a biotechnologického průmyslu. Teoretická část se věnuje kolektivnímu investování, hedgeovým fondům a dále obsahuje metody finanční analýzy. V praktické části je obsažen prvotní výběr společností, které jsou následně podrobeny analýze, jejich vzájemné komparaci a verifikaci z hlediska jejich možného bankrotu. V návrhové části je zpracováno investiční doporučení pro doplnění hedgeového fondu. The diploma thesis deals with the elaboration of a proposal for an investment recommendation to expand the investment portfolio of the industry-focused fund with shares of companies from the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries. The theoretical part deals with collective investment, hedge funds and also contains methods of financial analysis. The practical part includes an initial selection of companies, which are then subjected to analysis, their mutual comparison and verification in terms of their potential bankruptcy. The proposal part deals with an investment recommendation for the expansion of the hedge fund.
