Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje konceptuálnímu návrhu chapadla pro manipulaci s pytli o hmotnosti 25kg a jeho následnému digitálnímu zprovoznění. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice koncových efektorů pro manipulaci, včetně představení konkrétních koncepcí chapadel pro manipulaci s pytli vybraných firem a nakonec problematice virtuálního zprovozňování. Praktická část je zaměřena na samotný konceptuální návrh chapadla, který je následně podložený potřebnou pevnostní a kinematickou analýzou ve výpočtové zprávě. Hlavní předností navrženého řešení je kromě vysoké rychlosti pohybů také mechanismus úchopu palet, díky kterému je chapadlo schopno samo automaticky chystat palety pro následnou paletizaci pytlů. Na závěr je zvolené konceptuální řešení digitálně zprovozněno v programu ABB Robot Studio společně s vytvořením simulace pohybů chapadla. This bachelor‘s thesis deals with a conceptual design of a handling gripper for 25-kilo bags and its subsequent digital commissioning. The theoretical part explains the issue with end effectors for handling, including introduction of specific concepts of bag handling grippers by chosen companies. There is also a problematic of virtual commissioning mentioned in the end of the theoretical part. The practical part deals with the conceptual design of the gripper itself, which is then substantiated by needed strength and kinematic analysis in a calculation report. The main advantage of designed solution is, apart from high moving speed, pallet gripping mechanism, due to which the gripper is able to prepare pallets for subsequent bag palletization automatically. In the end, the chosen conceptual solution is digitally commissioned in ABB Robot Studio program, along with creating a simulation of gripper moves.
