Cílem práce je navrhnout nízkonapěťový a nízkovýkonový usměrňovač pomocí CMOS technologie a operačního zesilovače pro vstupní napětí v řádu desítek mV, které odpovídá senzorovým a biomedicínským aplikacím. Obvod umožňuje jak jednocestné, tak dvoucestné usměrnění. Klíčovými parametry jsou velké zesílení a velmi malá výkonová spotřeba operačních zesilovačů, které tvoří usměrňovač. The aim of this work is to design a low-voltage and low-power rectifier using CMOS technology and an operational amplifier for input voltages in the order of tens of mV, which correspond to sensor and biomedical applications. The circuit allows both half-wave and full-wave rectification. The key parameters are high gain and very low power consumption of the operational amplifiers that make up the rectifier.
