Diplomová práce se zabývá měřením stresu pilota v reálném provozu. Je stanovena obecná metodika, podle které by se mělo při měření stresu postupovat. Následně je tato metodika aplikována a ověřena v praxi na žácích letového výcviku a pilotech. Výsledky ukazují, že s postupným sbíráním dat by tato metodika mohla přispět k dlouhodobému záměru, a to stanovení hranice únosné míry stresu a pomoci tak zefektivnit letecký výcvik. The diploma thesis focuses on measuring the pilot´s stress during real flights. The general methodology is established. This methodology should be followed when measuring stress. This methodology is applied on students and pilots during a real flight. Results show that with the gradual data collection, this methodology could contribute to the long-term goal of setting the tolerable level of stress and help streamline flight training.
