Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou motivace žáků během distanční výuky. forma vzdělávání se kvůli cyklicky se opakující pandemii nemoci Covid 19 stává běžnou formou vyučování. V teoretické části se věnuji vymezení motivace jako klíčového nástroje k učení žáků, jejímu rozdělení a vybraným teoriím. Pozornost jsem zaměřila především na psychoanalytika Sigmunda Freuda a Murrayho teorii potřeb. Kromě obecného vymezení motivace se věnuji přímo motivaci žáků ve výuce. V další kapitole pak zmiňuji distančního vzdělávání a zaměřuji se na její pozitiva a negativa zejména z samotných žáků. Kromě forem distančního vzdělávání také čtenáře seznamuji s nejznámějšími platformami, které umožňují distanční způsob vyučování. Praktická část je věnována průzkumu, který jsem provedla v loňském školním roce mezi mými žáky ze 7. ročníku. Získaná data na základě skupinové diskuze se žák která proběhla květnu loňského roku. této diskuzi posloužily slohové práce žáků, v nichž měli ze svého pohledu hodnotit klady a zápory distančního vzdělávání. Získaná data již uskutečněnými výzkumy a stanovuji doporučení pro kantory, kteří budou učit distančním způsobem. Cílem práce je zhodnocení motivace žáků při distanční výuce a komparace vlastního šetření s výsledky již provedených průzkumů. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of student motivation during distance learning. This form of education is becoming a common form of teaching due to the cyclical recurrence of the Covid-19 pandemic. In the theoretical part, I focus on defining motivation as a key tool for student's learning, its distribution and selected theories. I focused mainly on the motivational theory the psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud and Murray's theory of needs. In addition to the general definition of motivation, I deal directly with the motivation of pupils in teaching. In the next chapter I mention the specifics of distance education and focus on its positives and negatives. And not only from the point of view of the cantors, but above all also of the pupils themselves. In addition to forms of distance learning, I also introduce readers to the most well- known platforms that enable distance learning. The practical part is devoted to a survey that I conducted last school year among my 7th graders. I analyze the obtained data on the basis of a group discussion with pupils, which took place in May last year. As a basis for this discussion, I used the stylistic work of students in which, from their point of view, they had to evaluate the pros and cons of distance education.
