Vybrané otázky evidence nemovitostí v českých zemích mezi lety 1918 - 1989 Abstrakt Diplomová práce "Vybrané otázky evidence nemovitostí v českých zemích mezi lety 1918 a 1989" sleduje vývoj právní úpravy jednotlivých evidencí, v nichž byly evidovány údaje o nemovitostech - pozemcích a stavbách - a právní vztahy k těmto nemovitostem. Tyto evidence jsou analyzovány z právněhistorického pohledu. Účel jednotlivých evidencí byl různý, evidence byly vedeny pro daňové, hospodářské a jiné účely. Práce je rozdělena do 5 kapitol podle příslušných období vývoje Československa. První kapitola pojednává o evidencích nemovitostí, které byly používány před vznikem Československé republiky. Druhá kapitola pojednává o evidencích nemovitostí, využívaných za období První republiky. Těmito evidencemi byl evidovaný katastr, později nahrazen pozemkovým katastrem, a veřejné knihy. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na evidencích nemovitostí v období poválečném a budování socialismu, konkrétně jednotnou evidenci půdy. Čtvrtá kapitola pojednává o evidenci nemovitostí po roce 1964. V páté kapitole je nastíněna současná právní úprava. Vývoj evidencí se zaměřuje na české země, vývoj na území Moravy, Slezska a případně Slovenska je popsán pouze v omezeném rozsahu pro objasnění nezbytných souvislostí. Selected issues of registration of immovables in the Czech lands between years 1918 and 1989 Abstract This diploma thesis "Selected issues of registration of immovables in the Czech lands between 1918 and 1989" follows the development of the legal regulation of registries of immovables in which information about these immovables - land and buildings - and legal relations to these properties were registered. These registries are analysed from a legal historical perspective. The purpose of each registry was different, records were kept for tax, economic and other purposes. This thesis is divided into 5 chapters according to the respective periods of development of Czechoslovakia. The first chapter deals with registries of immovables that were used before the establishment of the Czechoslovakia. The second chapter deals with registries of immovables used during the period of the First Czechoslovak Republic. These registries were Land Tax Cadastre, later replaced by a Cadastre of Lands; and Land Registry Books. The third chapter focuses on registry of immovables in the post-war period and the building of socialism, namely the Unified Land Register.
