Autor: Klára Kulhavá Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po proktokolektomii s dočasnou ileostomií. Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je podrobné zpracovaní kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po proktokolektomii s dočasnou ileostomií a shrnutí teoretických znalostí souvisejících s touto diagnózou, jejími příčinami, následky a možnostmi rehabilitační léčby. Tato práce vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny v Praze na resuscitačním oddělení KARIP v termínu 14.1.2022 - 4.2.2022. Metody: Hlavní dělení této práce je na část teoretickou a část speciální. Teoretická část bude obsahovat stručné anatomické a fyziologické informace o tenkém a tlustém střevě. Dále se ve zkratce zmíním o typech střevních polypóz a do detailu se zaměřím na familiární adenomatózní polypózu. Ve speciální části bude zpracovaná kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče pacientky po proktokolektomii s dočasnou ileostomií společně se záznamy jednotlivých terapií. Kazuistika byla vypracována na základně souvislé měsíční odborné praxe v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny v termínu 14.1. - 4.2.2022. Výsledky: Pacientka byla ze začátku během pobytu na lůžku závislá na pomoci druhých. Během jejího 11denního pobytu v IKEM se její zdravotní stav rapidně zlepšil. K... Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is a detailed elaboration of a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after proctocolectomy with temporary ileostomy and summary of theoretical knowledge related to this diagnosis, its causes, consequences and rehabilitation treatment options. This thesis was created within a continuous professional practice at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental of Medicine in Prague at the KARIP Resuscitation Department in the period 14/01/2022 - 04/02/2022. Methods: The main division of this work is a theoretical part and a special part. The theoretical part will contain brief anatomical and physiological information on the small and large intestine. Next, I will briefly mention the types of intestinal polyposes and focus in detail on familial adenomatous polyposis. In the special part, there will be processed a case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of the patient after proctocolectomy with temporary ileostomy together with records of individual therapies.
