Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem legálních návykových látek, a to především alkoholu. Toto téma je rozebíráno v souvislosti se znalostmi a zkušenostmi žáků středních škol v 1. a 2. ročníku studia, tedy žáků, kteří ještě nedovršili 18 let. Práce má teoretickou a praktickou část. První z uvedených částí se věnuje oblastem, které s legálními návykovými látkami a alkoholem úzce souvisí. Zejména se jedná o témata, která se pojí s účinky alkoholu na lidský organismus a zdravotními riziky, které užívání alkoholu přináší. Okrajově jsou rozebrána témata primární prevence a postavení alkoholu ve vybraných oblastech právního systému. Podstatou praktické části práce je šetření a jeho rozbor. Podstatou šetření bylo objevit roli alkoholu a návykových látek v životě žáků a také podrobněji prozkoumat znalosti, které vzhledem k těmto oblastem mají. Prozkoumávány byly zejména osobní zkušenosti s užíváním i nákupem alkoholu a také jejich znalosti, které souvisí s postavením alkoholu v legislativě, působením alkoholu na zdraví člověka a závislostí na alkoholu. Část šetření cílila také na názor žáků na užívání alkoholu u dospělých i nedospělých jedinců. Šetření probíhalo formou elektronického dotazníku. Z něho vyplynulo, že informovanost žáků je poměrně dobrá až na oblast limitů pro hladinu alkoholu pro řidiče a... The diploma thesis deals with the topic of legal addictive substances, especially alcohol. This topic is discussed in connection with the knowledge and experience of secondary school students in the 1st and 2nd year of study, i. e. students who have not yet turned 18. The work has a theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with areas that are closely related to legal addictive substances and alcohol. In particular, there are issues related to the effects of alcohol on the human body and the health risks that alcohol use brings. The topics of primary prevention and the position of alcohol in selected areas of the legal systém are marginally analyzed. The essence of the practical part of the work is the investigation and its analysis. The essence of the survey was to discover the role of alcohol and addictive substances in the lives of students and also the examine in more detail the knowledge they have in these areas. In particular, personal experiences with the use and purchase of alcohol were examined, as well as their knowledge related to the position of alcohol in legislation, the effects of alcohol on human health and alcohol dependence. Part of the survey also targeted pupil's views on alcohol use among adults and juveniles. The survey took the form of an electronic questionnaire....
