[cze][eng] Hlavním cílem práce je zjištění, jaký vliv bude mít působení pohybového programu Zumba® na fyzickou zdatnost jedince mladšího školního věku. V teoretické části je popsána charakteristika pohybového programu s následným zaměřením na dítě mladšího školního věku, rozvoj jeho schopností, dovedností a celkové fyzické zdatnosti. V závěru se teoretická část soustředí na popis motorických testů a jejich využití na prvním stupni ZŠ s návazností na cíl práce. V praktické části jsou zpracovány výsledky testování dětí včetně vyhodnocení a komentářů, ukázka intervenčního programu a doporučení pro společenskou praxi. The theoretical part describes the Zumba characteristics focusing on skills, abilities, and physical condition development of a primary school child. In connection to the thesis objective, conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on detailed description of motoric tests and their usage at primary school. The practical part contains the results of primary-school-pupils testing, including evaluation and commentary; an example of an intervention programme; and a recommendation for physical education lessons.
