V této diplomové práci byla řešena problematika nákladů na jakost v malé rodinné firmě zabývající se kovovýrobou. Daný problém byl řešen pomocí rozšířeného modelu PAF, který byl použit pro klasifikaci nákladů na jakost u výrobce, a také s využitím Ishikawa diagramu pro zjištění příčin a důsledků. S využitím zmíněného modelu a Ishikawa diagramu byly zjištěny jisté nedostatky, které v návrhové části byly odstraněny či redukovány, což pro firmu znamenalo snížení nákladů na jakost. Zadavatelem této práce byl management firmy, který využije výstupy této práce v praxi In this diploma thesis, the issue of quality costs in a small family company dealing with metal production was solved. The problem was solved by the extended PAF model, which was used to classify the cost of quality of the manufacturer, as well as using Ishikawa diagram to determine the causes and consequences. Using the model and Ishikawa diagram, certain shortcomings were identified, which were removed or reduced in the design section, which meant a reduction in quality costs. The contracting authority of this work was the management of the company that uses the outputs of this work in practice.
