Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením a výběrem vhodného softwaru pro podporu řízení znalostí ve vybrané firmě s využitím metod multikriteriálního hodnocení variant. V první části jsou teoreticky vysvětleny pojmy znalost, manažerské rozhodování a pak všechny metody, které jsou následně využity během zpracování této práce. Druhá část se zabývá představením firmy a analyzováním aktuální situace na trhu se softwary na podporu řízení znalostí. Těžiště práce spočívá v aplikaci vybraných metod multikriteriálních variant, které slouží jako nástroj pro podporu rozhodování pří výběru nejvhodnějšího softwaru pro řízení znalostí ve vybrané firmě. This master thesis deals with the evaluation and selection of a suitable software to support knowledge management in a selected company using methods of multicriteria evaluation of variants. The first part, in theory, explains the concepts of knowledge, managerial decision-making and after that all the methods that are used during the processing of this work. The second part deals with the introduction of the company and the analysis of the current situation in the software market to support knowledge management. The master thesis focuses on the application of selected methods of multicriteria variants, which serve as a tool to support decision-making in the selection of the most suitable software for knowledge management in the selected company.
