Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou řízení rizik v průběhu zakázky ve společnosti Besta Trade s.r.o., zabývající se zpracováním plechů CNC technologií. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy a metody týkající se této problematiky. V analytické části je popsán průběh zakázky a identifikována všechna možná rizika, která se mohou v průběhu zakázky vyskytnout. Jejich identifikace je provedena pomocí vybraných nástrojů – metoda FMEA. V návrhové části jsou navržena opatření, jejichž záměrem je snížit velikost rizik v průběhu zakázky. The master’s thesis deals with the issue of risk management during the contract in the company Besta Trade s.r.o., dealing with sheet metal processing CNC technology. The theoretical part explains the concepts and methods related to this issue. The analytical part describes the course of the contract and identifies all possible risks that may occur during the contract. Their identification is performed using selected tools - FMEA method. Measures are proposed in the design part, the intention is to reduce the size of risks during the contract.
