Práce popisuje návrh a realizaci řídicího systému ohřevu slévárenské pánve používané pro přesun tekutého kovu. Součástí je literární rešerše oblasti automatizace a slévárenství. V práci je zobrazena použitá technologie, požadavky na řídicí systém a také jsou popsány parametry zvolených komponent, které jsou použity pro řídicí systém. Dále je proveden návrh řídicího rozváděče a elektrotechnické schéma. Další částí práce je návrh a realizace řídicího SW pro PLC včetně aplikace pro HMI panel. V závěru práce je řešení ověřeno a zhodnoceno. This theses describes a design and realization of heating control system for foundry ladle used for moving liquid metal. It includes literary research in the automation field and foundry. There is showed used technology in the theses, control system requirements and there are also described parameters of components which are used for control system. Design of control switchboard and electrotechnical scheme are the next theme of this theses. The next part of the theses is design and realization of control SW for PLC including application for HMI panel. These parts are verified and evaluated in the end of the theses.
