Dům definuje jeho urbánní kontext, ve kterém se nachází. Reaguje na jemu blízké objekty. Navrhovaný polyfunkční dům komunikuje s protějším průčelím Kostela svatého Leopolda a dodává celému prostoru harmonii a řád, který nyní prostor postrádá. Pomyslně spolu vytváří dominantní průjezd centru města, pylony městské brány. Ve svém přízemním parteru se objekt otevírá komunikaci s uličním prostorem a díky sklu stírá hranice svého interiéru s exteriérem. The house is defined by its urban context in which it is located. It reacts to objects which are close to him. The proposed multifunctional house communicates with the opposite facade of the Church of St. Leopold and adds the harmony and the order to the whole space, which is now lacking. Together it should imaginarily create the dominant transit in to the city centre - the pylons of the city gate. On its ground floor, the building opens up the communication with the street space and, thanks to the glass, blurs the boundaries of its interior and the exterior.
