Poddaní a jejich hejtman: Panství Točník, Zbiroh a Králův Dvůr pod správou Samuela Ignatia de Bois (1670-1690) Abstrakt Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vztah poddaných a vrchnosti, která je v daném případě reprezentována hejtmanem Samuelem Ignatiem de Bois. Ten vykonával správu panství Točník, Zbiroh a Králův Dvůr od roku 1670 až do své smrti v roce 1690. Z období dvou dekád jeho správy se zachovalo množství archivního materiálu, na kterém je možné studovat, v jakých situacích docházelo k interakci poddaných s vrchností, a jak tato setkání probíhala. Práce je vystavěna na třech hlavních tématech: evidence poddaných, osazování pustých hospodářství a propouštění poddaných. Ke každému z těchto témat byly analyzovány relevantní prameny a na jejich základě vystavěna dosažená zjištění. Mezi hlavní prameny patří zejména soupisy poddaných, korespondence hejtmana a České komory, pozemkové knihy a bohatý spisový materiál zbirožského velkostatku. Mezi hlavní zjištění práce patří popsání mechanismů zhostního řízení, způsob evidence poddaných a cestou, jakou se hejtman snažil obsadit pustá stavení. Ve všech těchto případech je identifikován nejen tlak hejtmana na jím prosazované řešení, ale také protitlak, který mohli vyvinout buď samotní poddaní, anebo (často na jejich popud) též česká komora. Manors Točník, Zbiroh and Králův Dvůr under the Authority of Samuel Ignatius de Bois (1670-1690) Abstract The diploma thesis focuses on the relationship between subjects and lordship, which in this case is represented by governor Samuel Ignatio de Bois. He administered the dominions Točník, Zbiroh and Králův Dvůr from 1670 until his death in 1690. During the two decades of his administration, a lot of archival material has been preserved, on which it is possible to study in which situations the subjects interacted with the lords and how these meetings took place. The paper is based on three main topics: registration of subjects, housing of desolate farms and dismissal of subjects on foreign dominions. Relevant sources were analysed for each of these topics and the findings were built on their basis. The main sources include, in particular, lists of subjects, correspondence between the governor and the Bohemian Royal Chamber, land books and the rich file material of the Zbiroh dominion. The main findings of the work include a description of the mechanisms of dismissal proceedings, the method of registration of subjects and the way in which the governor tried to occupy the empty farms.
