Název: Postižení pohybového aparátu u hráčů na bicí nástroje Cíle: Cílem této práce je zpracování literárních zdrojů z oblasti performing arts medicine u hudebníků se speciálním zaměřením na skupinu hráčů na bicí nástroje. Hlavní zaměření bude směřováno na postižení pohybového aparátu a možnosti jeho terapeutického, preventivního, edukačního a ergonomického ovlivnění. Metody: Jedná se o literární rešerši převážně ze zahraničních anglických zdrojů. Byly využity elektronické databáze jako Pubmed, Pedro, Science Direct, Wiley a Springer. Speciální pozornost byla věnována studiím, které popisují zdravotní problémy hudebníků spojené s hraním na bicí nástroje. Dále je popsána ergonomie hry na nástroj a prevence a edukace v této oblasti. Výsledky: Zadání vstupních kritérií rešerše odpovídalo celkem 128 studií. 88 těchto studií se věnovalo zdravotním problémům hry na hudební nástroj obecně, 5 studií se zabývalo přímo konkrétně zdravotními riziky hry na bicí nástroje. Dalších 11 studií popisuje hráče na bicí nástroje v rámci většího zkoumaného vzorku hudebníků. Závěr: Studií, věnujících se přímo zdravotní problematice hry na bicí nástroje je malé množství. Jejich autoři často vycházejí z osobní zkušenosti. Na internetu lze nalézt řadu webových stránek, obsahující informace, týkající se nejčastějších... Title: Playing-related musculoskeletal disorders in drummers Objectives: The aim of this study is to collect literature resources focusing on the field of performing arts medicine in musicians with a special focus on drummers. The main focus will be directed on the therapeutic, preventive, educational and ergonomic influence of musculoskeletal disabilities. Methods: This is a literature review, written mainly from foreign sources in English. Electronic databases like Pubmed, Pedro, Science Direct, Springer and Wiley were used. Special attention was given to studies that describe health problems of musicians associated with playing drums. Instrument ergonomics, prevention and education in this field is also described. Results: 128 studies corresponded to the entry criteria. 88 of these studies were devoted to health problems of playing a musical instrument in general, 5 studies were directly addressing particular health risks associated with playing drums. Another 11 studies were describing percussionists within a larger sample of musicians. Conclusion: There are not many studies dealing with health issues associated with playing the drums.
