BAKALÁŘSKÉ PRÁCE Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vyšetřením úchopu u neurologických pacientů (po cévních mozkových příhodách a traumatech mozku). Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce bylo vyhledání testů, kterými terapeuti v praxi vyšetřují úchop a manipulaci s předměty. Dílčím cílem bylo vybrání a praktické vyzkoušení jednoho testu z těchto nalezených. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část poskytuje základní informace o cévní mozkové příhodě a traumatickém poranění mozku. Podrobněji je rozebrána ruka jako velmi důležitý orgán, který člověku umožňuje uchopování a manipulaci s předměty. Popisuje jednotlivé druhy úchopu, fáze úchopu a poté nabízí škálu testů, kterými se úchop vyšetřuje. Testy jsou rozděleny podle hodnotícího kritéria (čas, počet dosažených bodů a jiný údaj). Praktická část poskytuje stručný popis testování neurologických pacientů Frenchayským testem paže, který byl pro praktické vyzkoušení vybrán. Vyšetření bylo provedeno na 10 pacientech Neurologické kliniky 1.LF UK a VFN v Praze. Z výsledků testování je vyvozen závěr, který potvrzuje vhodnost užívání tohoto testu pro ergoterapeuty v České republice. The main objective of this bachelor's thesis is searching for tests, which in practice investigate handgrip and manipulation of objects. The next aim was to choose and test one of the found handgrip tests. This thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part presents the basic information about the stroke and traumatic brain injury. The thesis deals in more detail especially with the hand as a very important part of human body that enable people to handgrip and manipulate with objects. It also describes different types of grip, phase grip and offers a scale of tests for handgrip examination. Tests are divided according to score - time, point and different indication. The practical part presents the description of the testing neurological patients with Frenchay arm test that was chosen for practical testing. This test was performed on the sample of ten neurological patients of the Department of Neurology in Prague. From the obtained results of the practical assessments the conclusion has been drawn - results confirm the suitability of using this selected handgrip test for occupational therapist in Czech Republic.
