Název: Hodnocení nastavení vozíku a jeho vliv na správný propulzní vzor horních končetin a posturu sedu u pacientů s míšní lézí. Cíle: Cílem této práce je zhodnotit nastavení vozíku a určit jeho vliv na práci horních končetin a posturu sedu u skupiny pacientů s míšní lézí, při podmínce, že každý pacient bude mít svůj vlastní vozík. Dalším cílem bylo získat informace o vlivu edukace o správném propulzním vzoru a úpravě a způsobu úchopu obruče na správný propulzní vzor. Metody: U skupiny 26 pacientů, s míšním poraněním v různé úrovni míchy, jsem testovala nastavení vozíku, konkrétně nastavení těžiště a maximální výšky sedáku od země. Dále jsem se ptala na edukaci o správném propulzním vzoru a všímala si úpravy a způsobu držení obruče. Nakonec jsem si vyšetřila, jakým způsobem testovaný pohání svůj vozík. Při všech testech jsem pořizovala foto a video dokumentaci. Výsledky jsem statisticky zpracovala pomocí Fisherova testu. Výsledky: I přes to, že jsem měla malou skupinu vyšetřovaných, podařilo se mi prokázat vliv nastavení vozíku na správnou posturu sedu. Dále jsem dokázala, že edukace má vliv na správný propulzní vzor. Hodnocení vlivu nastavení vozíku na správný propulzní vzor a funkční sed nebylo statisticky významné, stejně jako hodnocení vlivu úpravy a způsobu úchopu obručí. Klíčová slova:... Objectives: The objective of this work was to evaluate the adjustments of wheelchair and to determine their impact on the work of the upper limbs and posture while sitting. This work was done on a group of patients with spinal lesions with their own wheelchairs. Another objective was to assess how education of proper propulsion pattern and form and type of a grip of handrim affects the correct propulsion pattern. Methods: In the group of 26 patients with spinal cord injuries in different levels of the spinal cord, I tested the adjusments of wheelchair, in particular the centre of gravity and maximum seat height from the ground. I also investigated what education on correct propulsion pattern the patients received, and observed any home-made adjustments to handrim, as well as patients' techniques of handrim grip. Finally, I examined how the subjects drove his/her wheelchair. During all the tests, I recorded video and photo documentation. The results were statistically evaluated using the Fisher test.
