Moje práce "Cesta od svépomocné skupiny k profesionální neziskové organizaci", hovoří o neziskové organizaci Rodinné centrum Slunečnice. Nejdříve ve své práci popisuji neziskový sektor a následně se zabývám popisem konkrétního typu neziskové organizace, kterým je mateřské centrum. Jednou z těchto organizací je i Rodinné centrum Slunečnice. Tato organizace poskytuje komplexní služby pro rodiny. Své služby nabízí již 10 let a to na velmi profesionální úrovni. Během svého působení se snaží vycházet potřebám svých klientů, kterými jsou rodiče s dětmi. V této práci se snažím poukázat na kroky, jenž vedly k tomuto cíli. Popisuji zde její poslání, hodnoty a cíle. Na konkrétních službách v této organizace je zřejmé jak své poslání, cíle a hodnoty uvádí v praxi. Rodinné centrum Slunečnice je organizace, která se stále snaží na sobě pracovat a uchopovat nové příležitosti, které budou sloužit ku prospěchu všem. My research work "The journey from a self-help group to professional non-profit-making" discusses the non-profit-making organization Slunečnice. First, my work concentrates on non-profit-making sector and then it describes a specific type of a non-profit-making organization which is a "parent centre". The family centre Slunečnice is one of these: it is an organization that provides comprehensive services for families. It has been providing its services for 10 years and on a very professional level. Since then, it has been aiming to meet the needs of its clients - parents and children. In this paper, I am trying to refer to the steps that led the organization to this aiming - I describe its mission, values and goals. In the description of the specific services it is evident how the organization puts its mission, goals and values into practice. The family centre Slunečnice is an organization that is constantly trying to work on itself and seize new opportunities that will be used for the benefit of all.
