diplomové práce Východiska: Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma sociekonomického statusu a problémů se zákonem u problémových uživatelů opioidů a metamfetaminu. Dlouhodobé intenzivní užívání drog vede nejen ke zdravotním, ale také k závažným sociálním dopadům, jako je neschopnost finanční samostatnosti, zadluženost, nezaměstnanost, neplnění příslušných sociálních rolí, neplnohodnotné sociální fungování, špatná bytová situace, apod. U velké části problémových uživatelů drog ovlivňuje užívání drog mezilidské vztahy uživatelů, fungování rodin a partnerství, dochází ke změně sociálního statusu, k sociální izolaci či vyloučení. Efektivní intervence a rozvoj služeb by měly vždy stát na dobré znalosti situace a potřeb osob, ke kterým mají směřovat. Cílem této práce je zjištění socioekonomického statusu a trestněprávní situace problémových uživatelů opioidů a pervitinu a následně vyvození doporučení směrem ke službám, které s touto klientelou pracují. Metodologie: Byla provedena průřezová dotazníková studie mezi klienty, kteří zahájili léčebnou epizodu nebo kontakt s vybranými zařízeními typu kontaktního centra, psychiatrické AT ambulance, terapeutické komunity, střednědobé ústavní léčby nebo substituční léčby. Nábor do studie probíhal v období od června 2015 do října 2016. Long-term intensive use of drugs leads not only to health impacts, but also social such as the inability of financial autonomy, indebtedness, unemployment, failure to comply with the respective social roles, fiduciary social functioning, poor housing etc. Great number of users are influenced by the drug in situations such as interpersonal relationship, family functioning and partnerships, there is a change of social status, social isolation or exclusion. Effective interventions and service development should always start with a good knowledge of the situation and needs of the user, who claims the service. Claim: The goal of this thesis is finding socioeconomic status and criminal situation of problematic methamphetamine and opioids users consequently draw recommendations towards services that work with these clients. Methods: Cross-sectional questionnaire study was carried among clients who have started a treatment episode or contacted selected facility type such as a contact centre, psychiatric AT ambulance, therapeutic community, medium-term inpatient treatment or replacement therapy.
