PharmDr. Šklubalová Zdeňka, Ph.D. Posluchač: Denisa Kotásková Název diplomové práce: Vlastnosti a použití parenterálních přípravků Tato diplomová práce se zabývá parenterálními přípravky. Cílem je představení injekčních a infuzních přípravků, které patří k nejčastěji používaným parenterálním lékovým formám. Důraz je kladen na kompletní přehled pomocných látek, které tvoří nezbytnou složku přípravků, protože zajišťují bezpečnost a účinnost této lékové formy a příznivě ovlivňují její vlastnosti. Stručně jsou zmíněny zásadní lékopisné požadavky na kvalitu, jako je sterilita, nepyrogenita, nepřítomnost částic, jmenovitý objem nebo vzduchotěsnost obalů. Nejrozsáhlejší část práce je zaměřena na využití parenterálních infuzí. Pojednává především o využití roztoků elektrolytů v terapii poruch vnitřního prostředí. Důležitou kapitolou je parenterální výživa, která zahrnuje i nejdůležitější složky výživy, jako jsou sacharidy, aminokyseliny a mikroheterogenní emulze olejů. Doplňkem jsou roztoky pro peritoneální dialýzu a roztoky plasmaexpanderů. Pozornost je věnována také problematice výroby parenterálních přípravků a vlastnostem jednotlivých druhů obalů. The aim of thesis was introduction of injection and infusion preparations, which are the most commonly used parenteral drug forms. The emphasis is placed on the complete list of excipients which are essential ingredients because they ensure the safety and efficacy of this formulation and positively influence its properties. The essential pharmacopoeial quality requirements are shortly discussed, such as sterility, non-pyrogenity, the absence of particulate matter, nominal volume or airtight containers. The largest part of the thesis is focused on the use of the parenteral infusion. It deals primarily with the use of electrolyte solutions in the treatment of disorders of the inner body balance. The important chapter is the parenteral nutrition, which includes the most important nutrients such as carbohydrates, amino acids and microheterogenous oil emulsions.
