Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá inkluzivním vzděláváním z pohledu ředitelů základních škol. Toto téma se stalo od roku 2016 často diskutovaným a to z důvodu zavedení nových podmínek pro implementaci inkluzivního vzdělávání, které přinesla novela školského zákona a Vyhláška č. 27/2016 Sb. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jak jsou naplňovány cíle inkluzivního vzdělávání stanovené ve strategických dokumentech MŠMT ve vybraných školách. Dílčími cíli bylo zjistit, jak ředitelé základních škol jakožto linioví pracovníci mohou svými pravomocemi ovlivnit implementaci inkluzivního vzdělávání, dále zmapovat současný stav spolupráce ředitelů s dalšími aktéry a identifikovat faktory, které ztěžují dosahování cílů stanovených ve strategických dokumentech MŠMT. Výsledky byly zjišťovány prostřednictvím případové studie, kdy se uskutečnilo šest polo-strukturovaných rozhovorů s řediteli základních škol v okrese Praha-východ. This bachelor thesis deals with inclusive education from the view of primary school principals. This topic has been oftentimes discussed from the year 2016 due to settings new conditions for implementation of inclusive education. These conditions were set up by the amendment to the education act and ministerial decree No. 27/2016 Sb. The main goal of this bachelor thesis was to find out if the tasks from strategic documents are fulfilled in selected primary schools. Other goals were to find out how street-level bureaucrats can influence the implementation of inclusive education, then map how the principals cooperate with other stakeholders and identify the factors which negatively influence the fulfilment of the tasks from strategy documents. The results were detected through a case study. During the research I made six semi-structured interviews with primary schools principals in Praha-východ district.
