Abstrakt: [cze][eng] Bakalářská práce "Sociální sítě ve firemním prostředí" se zabývá tématikou sociálních sítí (Social Business) ve firmách. V úvodu práce definuje pojem sociální sítě a Social Business a podává stručnou historii sociálních sítí, s důrazem na vnitrofiremní užití, zejména jako vývojový stupeň a doplněk intranetových portálů. V další části srovnává jednotlivá softwarová řešení. V další části si všímá přínosů, ale i rizik sociálních sítí a jejich využívání ve firmách a popisuje způsob analýzy sociální sítě. V závěru seznamuje s posledními trendy, výhledem do budoucna a na základě výzkumu podává i obraz využívání sociálních sítí a Social Business konceptu ve firmách různé velikosti a zaměření, působících na území České republiky. At the end acquainted with the latest trends, forward-looking and based on research and gives a picture of social network sites and Social Business in companies of different size and orientation, operating in the Czech Republic.
