Tématem mé diplomové práce jsou Pozemkové reformy v českých zemích v průběhu 20. století. Cílem mé diplomové práce je analyzovat vývoj postoje státu k pozemkovému vlastnictví prostřednictvím právní úpravy, a to výlučně na území České republiky v průběhu 20. století. Záměrem mé diplomové práce je zejména zjistit a popsat okolnosti a podmínky, které ovlivňují rozhodnutí státu zasáhnout do pozemkového vlastnictví. Mojí hypotézou je negativní důsledek realizace pozemkových reforem v průběhu 20. století. Tato diplomová práce se skládá z pěti hlavních kapitol, přičemž každá z nich se zabývá různými obdobími změn pozemkového vlastnictví. První kapitola je úvodní a definuje půdu jako předmět pozemkového vlastnictví. Následující kapitoly popisují proces období pozemkových reforem, a to zejména podmínky vzniku a důsledky realizace těchto pozemkových reforem. Závěry jsou popsány v jednotlivých kapitolách a mé konečné stanovisko je na konci mé diplomové práce. Má hypotéza byla potvrzena zejména v případě druhé pozemkové reformy. The topic of my thesis is Land Reforms in Czech Lands during the 20th century. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse evolution of stance of the state to land property through the laws only in territory of the Czech Republic during the 20th century. The reason for my research is find and discribe circumstances and conditions which affect decision of the state to change land property. My hypothesis is negative consequence realization the Land Reforms during the 20th century. The thesis is composed of five main chapters, each of them dealing with different periods of changes of land property. Chapter One is introductory and defines land as a subject of land property. The next chapters describe process of periods of Land Reforms, especially conditions of formation and consequences of realization the Land Reforms. Conclusions are drawn in individual chapters and my final opinion is at the end of my thesis. My hypothesis was confirmed especially in case of the Second Land Reform.
