[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku ochranné léčby při výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Jejím cílem je vymezit základní formy ochranných opatření v souvislosti s platnou legislativou a přiblížit jednotlivá ochranná opatření a typy léčení, shrnout jejich problematiku a zhodnotit je z hlediska jejich přínosu. V první části jsou uvedeny základní zákony, které se vztahují k tomuto tématu. Druhý oddíl je věnován vězeňství v České republice, dělení věznic do určitých typů, jejich charakteristika. Dále jsou zde popsány programy zacházení a specializovaná oddělení. Poslední dvě části shrnují poznatky o vývoji, účelu, dělení a délce ochranných opatřeních, také o zabezpečovací detenci.The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of protective treatment in the prison. The aim is to define the basic forms of safeguards in connection to current legislation and to bring the individual protective measures and types of treatment, summarize the issues and assess them in terms of their contribution. The first section provides basic laws, which are related to this topic. The second section is devoted to prison system in the Czech Republic. Additionally, there are described treatment programs and specialized departments. The last two sections summarize the findings about the development, purpose, classification and duration of protective measures and also about security of the detention. Processed are the targets of protective treatment, its storage, basic types of treatment and their characteristics.
