[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na popis vývoje přístupů české společnosti k drogám po roce 1989. V teoretické části je popsán vývoj trestně právních přístupů (s důrazem na vývoj související legislativy po roce 1989), vývoj přístupu medicínského (představen je bio-psycho-sociální model závislosti, základní typy služeb a vývoj těchto služeb po roce 1989) a vývoj koordinace obou přístupů v podobě proti drogové politiky České republiky (jako nový fenomén po roce 1989). Praktická část představuje expertní šetření, při kterém byli osloveni odborníci reprezentující přístup trestně právní i bio-psycho-sociální (praktikující v rámci různých služeb pro uživatele drog), s cílem získat jejich pohled na vývoj přístupů společnosti k drogám a porovnat názor odborníků se zjištěními uvedenými v teoretické části této práce.This diploma work is concentrated to description of approaches development of Czech society to drugs after the year 1989. In its theoretical part is described a development of criminallaw approach (with a special accent to connected legislation after the year 1989), a development of medical approach (introduced by bio-psycho-social model of addiction, and a basic system of services for drug users and their development after the year 1989) and a development of coordination of both approaches in a frame of drug policy in Czech Republic (as a new phenomenon after the year 1989). A practical part presents an experts examination, through which were the experts for criminal law and experts for medical approach (who works in a different kind of services for drug users) asked about their view of a development approaches of society to drugs. Then was the aim to compare the views of experts with findings from theoretical part of this work.
