Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zjistit, jaké jsou důsledky plynovodu Nord Stream pro evropský plynárenský trh. Z toho důvodu v první části analyzuje jeho legislativní a právní rámec, včetně důležitých historických elementů. Zabývá se i liberalizací a problémy infrastruktury. Tato část pomůže čtenáři získat referenční rámec pro lepší orientaci v právních a politických vlivech na plynárenství. Druhá kapitola poskytuje rozbor trhu dle vykazovaných hodnot: přihlíží k poprávce, spotřebě, zásobám, produkci i novým trendům na trhu. Její největší část se věnuje importu a jeho dodavatelům, což umožňuje získat přehled o alternativách k nedůležitějšímu dodavateli: Rusku. Jemu se věnuje následná část, která je nezbytná pro pochopení Ruska a jeho možností, ze kterých plyne i jeho chování. Práce se zabývá vlivem ruské domácí spotřeby a plánovaných dodávek do Asie na dodávky do EU, závislostí členských států EU na ruském plynu, plynovým krizím 2006 a 2009 mezi Ruskem a Ukrajinou, resp. Ruskem a EU a obecným příčinám a implikacím ohrožení energetické bezpečnosti členských států EU. Třetí část práce se zabývá přímo plynovodem Nord Stream, jeho historií, akcionáři konsorcia Nord Stream AG a především důsledky (ne)realizace plynovodu. Tato deskriptivní analýza odhalila, že plynovod Nord Stream sice poskytuje... The bachelor's thesis lays emphasis on the North Stream pipeline and its consequences to European gas market. For this reason, first part of theses analyses its legislation and legal framework, including relevant historic elements. It also concerns to liberalization and infrastructure problems. This part enables reader to obtain reference scope and better understanding on legal and political influences related to gas industry. Second chapter provides market breakdown in accordance with registered values: it takes into consideration demand, consumption, supplies and new market trend elements. The most of its part describes import and suppliers relation that provides full view on the most important supplier Russia - fully dedicated in following chapter, which is necessary for understanding of Russia itself and it possibilities resulting also in its attitudes. The theses also deals with influence of Russian domestic consumption and planned supplies for Asia and EU, EU countries dependence on Russian's gas supplies, the 2006 and 2009 gas crisis between Russia and Ukraine and also relates to general causes and implications for EU countries energy security threat.
