Bakalářská práce se věnuje konceptu časové perspektivy a částečně konceptu výkonové motivace u žáků základní školy. Celý text je strukturován do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. Důraz je kladen na praktickou část a její výzkumné zpracování. První část se zabývá teoretickou koncepcí výkonové motivace a časové perspektivy. Popis koncepce výkonové motivace se snaží vymezit pojem výkonová motivace, odkrýt její zdroje, odlišit její typy, představit její teoretická východiska především autorů Atkinson, Heckhausen a ukázat diagnostické metody, kterými je zjišťována. Druhým fenoménem je časová perspektiva, které je věnován větší prostor. Popis časové perspektivy si klade za cíl provést poznatky o vnímání času, o vlivu časové perspektivy na chování a představit koncept orientace na budoucnost, jehož autorem je Gjesme. Klíčovým jménem pro tuto práci je francouzský odborník Josepha Nuttin, který se podrobněji věnuje teorii osobnostně motivační koncepci časové perspektivy, neopomeneme ani tuzemskou autorku, Isabellu Pavelkovou, která též přichází z koncepcí perspektivní orientace. Druhá část je zaměřena na výzkumné šetření, které se uskutečnilo na přelomu března a dubna 2011 u žáků sedmých a osmých tříd pražské základní školy. Cílem výzkumné části této práce je zmapovat vztah k budoucnosti žáků sedmé a osmé... The bachelor's thesis focuses on the concept of time perspective and partly on the concept of achievement motivation of primary school students. The entire text is structured into two parts - theoretical and practical one. The emphasis is mainly put on the practical part and related research. The first part aims at the theoretical concept of achievement motivation and time perspective. The description of the concept of achievement motivation defines the achievement motivation as such, reveals its sources, differentiates between its particular types, presents theoretical assumptions maily set by Atkinson, Heckhausen and shows the diagnostic methods by which it is assessed. The second phenomenon is the time perspective to which the major attention is paid. The description of the time perspective applies the knowledge of the time perception and of the impact of the time perspective on the behaviour and presents Gjemse's concept of the orientation to future. The crucial person for this thesis is the French specialist Joseph Nuttin who deeply analyses the personality-motivational concept of time perspective theory.
