V diplomové práci jsme se snažili zachytit a porovnat jazykovou situaci v Moldavské republice (včetně neuznaného Podněstří a autonomní Gagauzie) a podmínky fungování rumunského jazyka na Ukrajině - v severní Bukovině, Budžaku a tzv. ukrajinském Podněstří. V Moldavské republice jsme se zaměřili na legislativní postavení rumunštiny, na vyučovací jazyk ve školách a na to, který jazyk se nejčastěji objevuje v moldavských médiích. Věnovali jsme se také postavení rumunštiny jako jednoho z úředních jazyků v autonomní oblasti Gagauzie a jazykové politice separatistických úřadů Podněstří. V případě Ukrajiny nás zajímalo, jakým způsobem jsou garantována a také naplňována práva fungování rumunštiny jako jazyka druhé nejpočetnější národnostní menšiny. Na problematiku nahlížíme ze sociolingvistického a etnolingvistického hlediska. Dále jsme se věnovali rumunsko-ruskému bilingvismu, v případě severní Bukoviny rumunskoukrajinskému bilingvismu. Jazyková situace v Moldavské republice a na Ukrajině prochází složitým obdobím po rozpadu Sovětského svazu, který systematicky pošlapával národnostní a jazyková práva neruských národů. Obě země se snaží vrátit úřední jazyky do veřejného života - do škol, médií, na úřady, do výrobní sféry, služeb i zájmových činností. V Moldavské republice téměř dvě desítky let po rozpadu Svazu... In this thesis we tried to capture and compare the linguistic situation in the Republic of Moldova (including unrecognized Transnistria and Gagauzia autonomous) and operating conditions of the Romanian language in Ukraine - In the northern Bukovina, and the "Ukrainian Budzák Transnistria. In Moldova, we focused on the legal status of Romanian, the language of the schools and on which language is most often in the Moldovan media. We address the Romanian position as one of the official languages in the autonomous region of Gagauzia and Language Policy separatist authorities of Transnistria. In Ukraine, we were interested in how the guaranteed by law and fulfilled the functioning of Romanian language as the second largest ethnic minorities. The question of sociolinguistic and we look etnolingvistického terms. Furthermore, we focused on the Romania-Russian bilingualism in the case of northern Bukovina rumunskoukrajinskému bilingualism. Language situation in Moldova and Ukraine through the difficult period after the break Soviet Union, which systematically trodden under foot the ethnic and linguistic rights of non-Russian peoples.
