Název práce: Pokus o identifikaci vlivu nespecifického kondičního tréninku na stav organismu u rekreačních sportovců. Cíl práce: Ověření nespecifické sportovní aktivity na všeobecnou kondiční složku rekreačního sportovce. Metody: Metodou ověření nespecifické sportovní aktivity na všeobecnou kondiční složku rekreačního sportovce bylo testování. Probandi prošli třemi testy při účasti na tréninkových jednotkách dvakrát až třikrát týdně po dobu dvou měsíců. Naší snahou bylo vytvořit probandům stejné podmínky pro plnění jednotlivých úkolů tak, aby nedošlo k ovlivnění výsledků rozdílnými podmínkami. Výsledky: Námi zvolený program naznačil možnou cestu pro zlepšení všeobecné kondiční složky. Při výstupních testech se hodnoty testů zlepšily u většiny probandů. Doba naší nespecifické pohybové aktivity byla ale poměrně krátká, proto jejich zlepšení nebylo věcně významné. Goals: Verification of nonspecific sport activity on general condition part of recreational sportsperson. Methods: The method used for verification of nonspecific sport activity on general condition part of recreational sportsperson was testing. The tested people underwent three tests during their participation in training units twice or three times a week in the period of two months. Our effort was to create same conditions for all the tested people to fulfil each task so that the results were not influenced by different conditions. Results: The program we chose showed a possible way to improve general condition parts.
