Přestože je včasnému záchytu a léčbě arteriální hypertenze věnována značná pozornost, arteriální hypertenze zůstává u řady pacientů nedostatečně kompenzována. Cíl práce: Cílem práce bylo analyzovat možnosti farmaceutické péče o pacienty s rizikem arteriální hypertenze. Metodika: Měření krevního tlaku bylo realizováno od začátku října do prosince 2012 ve veřejné lékárně v Moravské Třebové. Měření krevního tlaku prováděl farmaceut pomocí validovaného a kalibrovaného tonometru. Další údaje byly získány na základě řízeného rozhovoru s klientem lékárny. Data byla vyhodnocena v programu Microsoft Excel 2007 a zpracována pomocí frekvenční analýzy. Dále byla realizována retrospektivní analýza lékových problémů u pacientů užívajících farmakoterapii nebo doplňky stravy. Výsledky: Údaje byly získány od 196 klientů lékárny (31 % mužů a 69 % žen, průměrný věk 56 let). 63 klientům lékárny byly naměřeny hodnoty krevního tlaku odpovídající... Despite of the fact that great attention is paid to an early diagnosis and therapy of arterial hypertension, it remains compensated insufficiently in a number of patients. Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to analyse the possibilities of pharmaceutical care provided to patients who are at risk of arterial hypertension. Methodology: Blood pressure was measured from the beginning of October till December 2012 in a public pharmacy in Moravská Třebová. The blood pressure was measured by a pharmacist by means of a validated and calibrated tonometer. Other data were collected from a directed interview with the pharmacy client. The data were evaluated in Microsoft Excel 2007 and processed by means of the frequency analysis.
