Homofobní obtěžování na základní škole z pohledu agresora a jeho oběti. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké faktory se podílejí na způsobu, jakým protagonisté homofobního obtěžování prožívají tyto interakce a jak na ně nahlížejí. Zkoumány byly i související otázky, zahrnující mj. vliv homofobního obtěžování na třídní klima a třídního klima na homofobní obtěžování. Na téma se dívám z pohledu sociální psychologie, pedagogické psychologie a genderové problematiky. Konkrétně řeším otázky třídní skupiny a klimatu v ní panujícím, dále pak šikanu, která je součástí homofobního obtěžování a také přímo homofobií. Homophobic bullying at school - the perspective of the agressor and the victim. The goal of this paper was to identify, which factors are relevant in the way of experiencing the homophobic bullying by its protagonists and how they percieve interactions associated with it. Also examined were related questions including among others infuence of homophobic bullying on class norms and the opposite infuence of class norms on homophobic bullying. I am exploring this topic from the point of view of social psychology, educational psychology and gender issue. I specifically look into the issues of class unit and norms that are prevailing iside this unit, followed up by bullying which is a part of homophobic bullying and by homophobia itself.
