Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou PPP projektů v České republice v oblasti dopravní infrastruktury. Teoretická část práce popisuje základní pravidla projektového financování, jakožto klíčového prvku každého PPP projektu. Práce také analyzuje klíčové ekonomické, právní, daňové a účetní aspekty PPP projektů v podmínkách České republiky. Praktická část práce popisuje současný vývoj trhu PPP projektů v Evropě včetně aktuálního přehledu pilotních PPP projektů v České republice. V poslední části práce je vyhodnocen aktuální PPP projekt, výstavba a provoz dálnice D3, včetně analýzy jeho ekonomické efektivnosti. This Diploma Thesis deals with Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects in transportation area in the conditions of the Czech Republic. Theoretical part of the Thesis describes basic rules of project finance, as an elementary part of each PPP project, as well as analyzes key economic, legal, tax and accounting aspects of the PPP projects within the Czech Republic. Practical part of the Thesis describes the development of PPP projects in the whole Europe. Current pilot PPP projects in the Czech Republic are also analyzed. Real PPP project, D3 highway, and its economic availability are being analyzed and evaluated in the final part of the Thesis.
