Název: Režimová opatření pro ovlivnění nadváhy a obezity dětí mladšího školního věku Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvoření pohybového programu pro děti mladšího školního věku, které mají diagnostikovanou nadváhu či obezitu. Cílem práce je také zmapovat dostupné informace o obezitě dětí a její léčbě pomocí pohybové aktivity z domácí i zahraniční literatury, které jsou získané z odborných publikací či vědeckých článků dostupných v internetových databázích. Metody: V naší práci jsme zanalyzovali odborné publikace a porovnali názory odborníků, kteří se zabývají léčbou nadváhy a obezity pohybovou aktivitou. Výsledky: Zjistili jsme, že pohybová aktivita má zásadní vliv na zdraví a tělesnou hmotnost jedince. Je důležité, aby se pohybová aktivita stala součástí každodenního režimu dětí. Týdenní pohybový program je určen pro děti, jejich rodiče a učitele, a má sloužit jako návod k redukci hmotnosti dítěte. The goal of this work is also to chart available information about children obesity and its treatment by physical activity. The information is from native and foreign literature which is obtained from scholarly publications or articles accessed from the internet databases. Methods: We have analyzed scholarly publications and compared opinions of authorities who deal with treatment of overweight and obesity by physical activity. Results: We have found out that physical activity has essential influence on health and body weight of and individual. It is very important so that physical activity becomes part of everyday regim of children. The execise program for one week is made for children, their parents and teachers. It should be a guideline for correct reduction of children weight. Key words: obesity in children, physical activity, exercise program, elementary school children, weight.
