Motivace k práci zaměstnanců pomáhajících profesí v centru ARPIDA, v Domově Libnič a v centru Empatie Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku motivace při volbě pomáhajících profesí. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala otázkou, co vede člověka k tomu, aby vykonával pomáhající profese. Tato povolání mají totiž značnou přitažlivost, jež může zapříčinit, že je zaměstnanec ochoten vykonávat tuto náročnou práci i při nižším finančním ohodnocení, než jaké se mu nabízí v některých jiných profesích. Důležité je, že pomáhání znamená pro mnoho lidí nepochybně smysluplnou činnost. Pomáhající se zabývá důležitými životními otázkami a problémy konkrétních lidí. Cílem praktické části je monitoring spokojenosti pracovníků ve státním (Domov Libnič a Centrum Empatie) a nestátním zařízení (centrum ARPIDA) včetně systému prevence vzniku syndromu vyhoření. Předpokládané hypotézy: 1. Pracovníci sledovaných souborů jsou, i přes nižší finanční ohodnocení, v práci spokojeni. 2. Motivace k volbě pomáhajících profesí jsou stejné jak u zaměstnanců státních, tak i nestátních zařízení. 3. Pracovníci sledovaného souboru jsou informováni o pravidlech psychohygieny při výkonu pomáhající profese. Výzkum prokázal potvrzení první a třetí hypotézy. Druhá hypotéza potvrzena nebyla. K ověření hypotéz jsem zvolila formu kvantitativního výzkumu. Sběr dat probíhal metodou dotazování, technikou dotazníku. Uvedenou bakalářskou práci bude možné využít jednak v těch organizacích, kde se monitoring uskutečnil, ale i jako manuál pro pracovníky v pomáhajících profesích a v centrech sociálních služeb. Work motivation of employees in helping professions in the ARPIDA Centre, Libnič Home and Empatie Centre The thesis solves the motivation problems in choice of helping professions. In theoretical part I dealt with a question what is the mason for a person to perform helping professions.This job is of considerable attraction that can be the reason why an employee can perform this exhausting work even at lower financial evaluation than what is offered at some other professions. Important is that helping is undoubtedly meaningful activity for lots of people. Helping person concerns important life questions and problems of real people. The aim of practical part is monitoring of satisfaction in people working at state( Libnič Home and Empatie Centre) and non-state (Arpida Centre) institution including system of burn-out prevention. Supposed hypotheses: 1. Workers of monitored centers are despite of their lower financial evaluation satisfied with their jobs. 2. Motivation for choice of helping professions are the same both in state and non-state institutions. 3. Workers of monitored centres are informed on rules of psychohygiene in performing the helping professions. The research confirmed first and third hypotheses. The second hypothesis was not confirmed. In order to prove the hypotheses I used a form of quantitative questioning. The data collection proceeded with questioning method, technique of questionnaire. This thesis could be used at organizations where monitoring was carried out. It also can serve as a manual for people working in helping professions and centres of social service.
