[cze][eng] Závěr Bezpečnost a ochrany zdraví při práci je velice důležitou, stále se rozvíjející oblastí, které je v teorii i praxi nutné věnovat maximální pozornost, ať již z důvodu morálně - etického (vždyť není větší hodnoty než život a zdraví člověka), či "pouze" ekonomického. Vysoká úroveň BOZP je jedním z ukazatelů hospodářské a sociální vyspělosti státu, což se promítá ve značném rozsahu právní úpravy ze strany EU i České republiky, a v nemalých nárocích na tyto předpisy kladených. Právní úpravu bezpečnost a ochrany zdraví při práci ČR můžeme nalézt v celé řadě právních předpisů1 (zejména v zákoně č. 262/2006 Sb., zákoníku práce a zákoně č. 309/2006 Sb., o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci). Ačkoliv se převážně jedná o moderní, s legislativou EU harmonizované právní předpisy, lze zde, dle mého názoru, nalézt určité nedostatky, na které bych se rád zaměřil. Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci zahrnuje, jak již bylo výše řečeno, vedle bezpečnosti práce jako takové (obecná pravidla chování, pravidla obsluhy strojů) také vytváření a ochranu zdravých pracovních podmínek (včetně hygieny práce) a posuzování zdravotní způsobilosti zaměstnanců, s tím souvisí poměrně značný počet právních předpisů, v kterých můžeme úpravu BOZP najít (celkem více než 8O právních předpisů). Z důvodu větší...Occupational safety and health - summary The purpose of my study is to analyse legislation of occupational safety and health in Czech republic, which represents a set of measures aimed at reducing, or totally eliminating, the risks endangering lives and health of staff. The reason for my research is importance of that area, good working conditions are crucial for keeping high productivity and pleasant atmosphere at work. The text is composed of five chapters: Chapter One defines basic terminology used in the thesis, the chapter is subdivided into three parts. Part One defines "occupational safety and health" as complex and explains its mora; and economic importace. Part Two deals with definition of "health", Part Three defines "dependent work", which is very important to determine field of that legislation Chapter Two concentrates on historical development of occupational safety and health in Czech legislation. Chapter Three concentrates on international organizations in that area because of its major influence for national legislation, including the most important documents.
