Název práce: Porovnání energetického výdeje, tepové frekvence a subjektivního vnímání zátěže při pěších přesunech s nesenou zátěží a bez nesené zátěže v zimních podmínkách. Práce je zaměřena na porovnání fyziologických parametrů při pěších armádních přesunech. Vybranými metodami zjišťujeme a porovnáváme fyziologické zatížení výzkumné skupiny vojáků při pěších přesunech se zátěží a bez zátěže. Soubor 10 testovaných vojáků tvoří studenti VO při FTVS UK v Praze. Vybraný soubor byl testován ve třech etapách. V první etapě byl výzkumný soubor testován při provádění pěšího přesunu na 10 km bez zátěže. Ve druhé etapě na stejné trase se zátěží 15 kg a ve třetí etapě opět na stejné trase se zátěží 25 kg. Cílem práce je porovnat energetický výdej, srdeční frekvenci a subjektivní vnímání zátěže během jednotlivých etap výzkumu. Ke zjištění srdeční tepové frekvence byly využity sporttestry. Subjektivní vnímání zátěže bylo zaznamenáno pomocí upravené Borgovy škály. Výdej energie byl vypočten ze vstupních zjištěných údajů testovaných jedinců a ze zjištěné tepové frekvence. Výsledky: Z naměřených údajů bylo zjištěno rozdílné subjektivní vnímání zátěže. Pouze dva jedinci z 10 členného výzkumného souboru byli v první a druhé etapě výzkumu schopni vnímat subjektivní zátěž s přesností naměřené tepové frekvence. Dále... The work tries to focus on comparing of physiological parameters during military road March. The aim of this bachelor work is to compare and to find out more about physiological strain of research group of soldiers during road March with or without loading. The group of 10 soldiers is made by the students of military department of faculty of sports and education Charles University from Prague. This research group was tested during the three periods. In the first period the group was tested during 10 km walking March without loading. In the second period the group was tested with the loading of 15 kg and in the third period with the loading of 25 kg. The aim of the work is to compare the outlay of energy, cardial rate and the subjective feeling of the strain during walking tours with or without loading. To find out the pulse rate I used as a tool the sport testers and to find out the subjective feeling of the strain I decided to use the adjusted Borg scale.
